Investor room · September 2026
Welcome. We’re really glad you’re here.
Thank you for taking the time. We know what your calendar looks like, and we don’t take it for granted that you’re giving some of it to us. Let us introduce the company ourselves.
01
Why we built Solidia
Between the three of us we spent most of our careers on the other side of this problem, inside banks, inside funds and in the rooms where mid-market deals get papered. And we kept meeting the same owner. A good business, a real product, twelve stores or three plants, and six financial providers who each saw a fragment of it. Not one of them could tell her where she was making money, where she was losing it, or what her cash would look like in ninety days. She was paying for that gap, around MXN 3 million a year, and nobody ever showed her the bill. SolidIA is the company we wanted to exist back then, and now we get to build it.
02 · Start here
The deck and the video are open to you.
Register your email once and both open straight away. No forms beyond that.
03
On authorisation
Everything else lives in the data room.
Investor brief, investment memo, financials and projections, revenue quality, market and go-to-market, product, technology and AI, operations and unit economics, strategic partnerships, legal, tax and compliance, information security, leadership, the management model, the billing register, client-level detail, contracts and the cap table.
Ask for access from the room. It lands with the three of us and we answer it ourselves.
04 · An open record
When you get in, you’ll find the numbers that make us look good sitting next to the ones that don’t. That was on purpose too. And if something doesn’t add up, please tell us. Those are the conversations we enjoy most, and we would far rather have one with you now than later.
05 · The founders
We hope we get to talk soon.
